An algorithmic answer to rhythmic and melodic sight reading practice
Launched in 2016, iOS application ‘SightScribe’ was the result of collaboration with software engineer Andrew Curran and showcases a generative version of the sight reading practice method I developed whilst an undergraduate student at Berklee College of Music. The app grew a strong user base but, given the expense of maintaining its code and lack of a subscription payment model at launch, was eventually retired (for the time being at least!).
